Affiliate Program Terms of Service

By participating in the Elegant Video Ads Affiliate Program, you agree to the following Terms of Service (TOS). Please read these terms carefully before signing up. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not participate in the affiliate program.

1. Affiliate Program Overview

The Elegant Video Ads Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by referring clients to our website using personalized referral links.
Commissions are paid on successful purchases made by referred customers using these links.

2. Enrollment and Approval

To join the program, affiliates must submit an application via our website. Approval is at the sole discretion of Elegant Video Ads.
We reserve the right to reject applications for any reason, including sites that contain objectionable content, illegal activity, or are otherwise incompatible with our brand.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates must use approved links, banners, and promotional materials provided by Elegant Video Ads.
Affiliates are prohibited from using misleading or false advertising methods.
Affiliates are responsible for the content on their own sites and may not post anything defamatory, unlawful, or inappropriate in relation to Elegant Video Ads.
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including those regarding privacy, data protection, and anti-spam.

4. Commissions and Payments

Affiliates will earn a 20% commission on each sale made through their referral link.
Payments will be made monthly and require a minimum balance of $100. If the balance is below this amount, it will roll over to the next payment period.
All payments will be made via [PayPal/Bank Transfer] or another payment method agreed upon with the affiliate.
Elegant Video Ads reserves the right to withhold commissions for any transactions that are refunded, canceled, or deemed fraudulent.

5. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not bid on branded keywords (e.g., “Elegant Video Ads”) or engage in pay-per-click campaigns that target keywords containing our brand name.
Affiliates are not permitted to offer coupons, discounts, or other promotional offers on behalf of Elegant Video Ads unless explicitly authorized.
Affiliates may not misrepresent themselves as Elegant Video Ads or impersonate our company in any way.

6. Termination

Elegant Video Ads reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time, without prior notice, if they are found in violation of these Terms of Service.
Affiliates may also voluntarily terminate their participation in the program at any time by contacting us via email at darcy@elegantvideoads.com.

7. Relationship of Parties

Affiliates are independent contractors. Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create any partnership, agency, franchise, or employment relationship between the affiliate and Elegant Video Ads.

8. Intellectual Property

Elegant Video Ads grants affiliates a limited, non-exclusive license to use our logos, trademarks, and promotional materials solely for the purposes of this program.
Affiliates may not alter or modify any of our materials or use them in a misleading or deceptive way.

9. Limitation of Liability

Elegant Video Ads will not be liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential) resulting from an affiliate’s participation in the program.
We make no guarantees regarding the potential income or results affiliates may achieve.

10. Modification of Terms

Elegant Video Ads reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation in the program after any modifications constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. Any disputes arising out of or related to this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California.
